| Food in Japan - A small selection of the myriad choices / sashimi
Sashimi - looked like conch (top center) - raw shrimp - salmon, tuna, crab (the black tipped biege stuff) squid and octopus. Fish was very tender, but firm, seemed very fresh. Conch, octopus and squid are pretty chewy. |
